What we hold

Your email address, your orders, the time you ticked the consent box, the address your browser came from when you paid, and which questions you answered and whether you got them right. That is all. We hold it so you can sign in, so we can show your progress, and so we can prove a purchase if a bank asks.

The free ten questions need no sign up and we store nothing about you for them beyond a short lived rate limit on your address.

Cards

Card details go to Stripe on Stripe pages. They never touch our server. Stripe tells us only that a payment succeeded and which order it was for.

Your rights

Email support@jagatitlimited.com to see, correct or delete what we hold. We keep order records for six years because tax law requires it, and everything else until you ask us to remove it.

The lawful basis is the contract you made with us when you bought, and our legitimate interest in stopping fraud.

Cookies

One cookie, which signs you in after you pay. One browser setting, which remembers whether you read explanations in English or Bangla. No advertising and no tracking.
